Hello

Hello, I am Divya Patel, a registered dietitian with more than 15 years of experience in the community and Healthcare industry.  I am passionate about cooking healthy vegetarian meals using simple, fresh, and nourishing ingredients. I enjoy creating healthy recipes and learning about recipes that have been traditionally used in different parts of the world.

My Story

I truly believe that good health and chronic disease prevention can be achieved with the simple act of cooking at home. The joy of healthy cooking can be experienced by our children as well as creating  memories and the foundation for sustained quality health for the entire family.  Though it may sound unrealistic, it is very possible to have home cooked meals during weekdays for working families on most days of the week. It just requires a little planning, guidance, and having healthy ingredients and recipes at hand!

As a working mom with two young children, I prefer to spend less time in the kitchen and more time with my family, while still keeping meals tasty and healthy. This motivated me  to help families to take the important step towards their healthier lifestyles.    

I have worked with a wide array of clients providing diet recommendations while managing their chronic conditions such as pre-diabetes, obesity, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia.
